Senior DevOps Engineer - Kubernetes & CI/CD Expert (Hybrid)

DXC Technology Italy is seeking a DevOps Engineer Expert to join the C&I offering in Naples with smart-working potential. You will own Kubernetes clusters, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and apply IaC tools like Terraform and Helm.

You will automate deployments, monitor systems with Prometheus and Grafana, and collaborate with development teams to optimize containerization and deployment practices. Hybrid work and ongoing professional development are provided.

Install, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters with full ownership. Oversee cluster lifecycle: upgrades, scaling, monitoring, troubleshooting. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Automate deployments and infrastructure using Bash/Python and IaC tools. Use Terraform, Helm to define and manage infrastructure. Operate monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager) and performance tuning. Collaborate with devs on containerization and deployment best practices. Mentor junior team members and help set technical standards. Support technical interviews with assessments. Hands-on Kubernetes administration experience. Proficiency designing and running CI/CD pipelines. Scripting skills in Bash or Python. Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring.
