Senior DevOps Engineer
Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer who builds, manages, and optimizes cloud infrastructure, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and observability, using AWS (with Azure/GCP exposure), Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and related tools to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and optimise cloud infrastructure across production, staging, and development environments.
- Design and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Improve platform performance, scalability, security, and resilience.
- Enhance monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability capabilities.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, failover, and business continuity initiatives.
- Champion DevSecOps practices, vulnerability management, patching, and secure platform configurations.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and operational reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure and developer experience.
- Contribute to agile delivery teams and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years' experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience.
- Solid Linux administration experience in production environments.
- Proven expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation.
- Experience designing and supporting secure, compliant environments.
- Exposure to PCI-DSS and/or ISO27001 environments will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, agile delivery, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience within FinTech, technology, or other high-growth environments preferred.
