Work Model: Onsite in Geneva, 4–5 days per week during Q4 2026, followed by remote work from Portugal starting January 1, 2027

About the Opportunity
Join an international banking project and help build a self-service cloud platform that simplifies how teams deploy and manage applications on AWS.
Using Terraform and automation, you will create reusable infrastructure components and a standardized deployment workflow, known as a “golden path,” with security, governance, and operational controls built in.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement the agreed self-service golden path using Terraform and automation.
- Build reusable Infrastructure-as-Code components for account onboarding, workload deployment, and connectivity.
- Integrate security, networking, governance, and operational controls into platform workflows.
- Define how developers and platform teams access and use these capabilities.
- Establish controlled build, test, release, and promotion processes for platform code.
- Document the usage, maintenance, and support of reusable Terraform components.
- Validate the solution through a selected pilot application.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud.
- Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with automation, CI/CD, and Git.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above, with confident communication.
- Availability to work onsite in Geneva, 4–5 days per week during Q4 2026, followed by remote work from Portugal.
- Availability to start immediately or within 2 weeks.
- Strong communication, autonomy, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple projects and accommodate different delivery timelines.
