The Role
The Senior DevOps Engineer will define and implement tools necessary for the full software lifecycle in hybrid infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of top-quality software. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in Linux systems, a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, and a preference for environments that combine on-premises infrastructure with cloud-native patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute independently to help the team meet its commitments, including defining DevOps best practices, processes, and tools.
- Collaborate with colleagues across projects to resolve issues and reach consensus on technical topics, including working with hardware teams, influencing hardware/software co-design, and contributing to development teams working on compilers, firmware, AI stacks, and middleware.
- Participate in code reviews, bug triaging, and documentation.
- Design, build, and manage infrastructure in on-premises and hybrid environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using Python, Go, and IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Operate and optimize Linux servers focusing on performance, observability, and resilience.
- Implement containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Promote cloud-native patterns for private and public cloud solutions.
- Manage security practices, including key management and secure GitOps pipelines.
- Drive monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
- Collaborate with distributed teams on technical decisions and architecture.
- Establish and document DevOps and DevSecOps practices from scratch.
- Troubleshoot networking issues in virtualized and physical environments, including DNS, firewalls, routing, VPNs, and load balancing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong Linux skills and solid networking knowledge, including DNS and routing.
- Experience with automation and tooling in Python and Go.
- Hands-on experience with container technologies and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with managing hybrid and on-prem infrastructure.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, accountable, and independent problem-solver mentality.
- Experience with source control (git), CI tools, and task management systems like Jira.

- Interest in shaping internal tooling, automation standards, and culture.
