As a member of the Pay2Reclaim teams, you’ll operate at the crossroads of travel and finance, helping some of the world’s leading businesses streamline complex payment flows and gain control over their global travel spend—with visibility, automation, and intelligence at every step.

POSITION

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer who can own and evolve our cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS, CI/CD ecosystem, Kubernetes platform, security operations, and AI infrastructure capabilities. This role requires a strong product mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for leveraging AI in every aspect of engineering and operations.

CHALLENGE

• Design, build, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Azure

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines

• Administer and scale Kubernetes (AKS) and containerized workloads

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, identity services, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure hosted within Azure.

  Ensure reliability, security, patching, access management, and operational excellence across Windows-based enterprise workloads

• Drive DevSecOps/SecOps practices, including IAM, secrets management, vulnerability management, security monitoring, and compliance.

• Implement monitoring, observability, incident response, and reliability engineering best practices.

• Design and manage infrastructure supporting AI Agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, and AI-powered development workflows.

• Leverage AI tools extensively to automate operations, troubleshooting, deployments, security assessments, and engineering productivity.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-effective platforms.

• Establish cloud, platform, and security standards, best practices, and technical governance.

• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of automation, ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or related roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture (+ AWS is a plus).

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Github Actions

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, Helm, and containerized workloads in production environments.

• Solid understanding of DevSecOps/SecOps practices, including IAM, secrets management, vulnerability management, container security, and compliance.

• Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, incident management, and production support.

• Experience supporting AI/ML platforms, AI Agents, LLM applications, or related AI infrastructure is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools extensively to improve engineering productivity, automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and software delivery.

• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.

• Hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, DNS, identity management, and access control.

• Experience managing and supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.

• Understanding of cloud networking, security, scalability, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.

• Strong product mindset with focus on customer value, business outcomes, reliability, and operational excellence.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
