Join P&G’s Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) as a Senior DevOps Engineer and play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable innovation. You’ll work on high-visibility, high-impact solutions while helping drive a major transformation—building in-house engineering capabilities and advancing modern DevOps, data, and cloud practices at scale. As a leader, you will guide a growing team, own delivery through Agile ways of working, and bring ideas to life through automation, innovation, and scalable engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate cloud-based solutions on Azure supporting data and analytics use cases
Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows data lakes and PowerBI dashboards
Leverage Python / PySpark / Spark and Azure Databricks for data processing and platform development
Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and user-facing analytics solutions
Drive CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices to improve reliability and delivery speed
Lead Agile delivery, including backlog ownership and sprint execution.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, supporting capability growth and delivery quality
Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues and scale solutions
Identify and implement automation and process improvements across the platform
Qualifications
Experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, or Data Platform Engineering.
Previous experience working in a cloud environment such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps practices.
Experience with Databricks, Databricks Jobs, & Spark engineering
Using coding Python, PySpark, and SQL for data processing.
Proven experience with Power BI, doing development around creating dashboards and upgrading UX/UI.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, and leading Scrum ceremonies and using tools such as Jira.
Previous experience leveraging automation tools such as Power Automate and PowerApps to simplify ways of working.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
