Required Technical Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, middleware operations, or production support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with BuildPiper, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins.
- Experience with Docker and Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline configuration, build and deployment troubleshooting, and release management.
- Experience with JFrog Artifactory and artifact dependency management.
- Working knowledge of HashiCorp Vault and secrets management.
- Practical exposure to Apache Kafka and IBM MQ operations and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Data Grid concepts and operational troubleshooting.
- Experience with ELK Stack for log analysis and incident investigation.
- Exposure to IBM Cognos service support.
- Knowledge of Git, Bash scripting, YAML, networking, DNS, TLS, and application connectivity.
- Experience with ITSM processes, incident management, problem management, and change management.
