Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a cross-functional team working on an enterprise B2B platform that enables capabilities for both internal and external clients.
The platform serves as a shared foundation for multiple digital products, services, and integrations, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure, automation, reliability, security, and scalable delivery processes.

Tech stack: Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Argo CD, GitOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and production cloud environments.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, deployment automation, and release processes.
• Experience with Argo CD and GitOps-based deployment processes.
• Strong experience with Docker, container registries, and containerized applications.
• Good understanding of Azure and Kubernetes networking, including DNS, ingress, load balancing, and connectivity.
• Experience with secrets management, certificates, IAM/RBAC, and cloud security principles.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, deployments, and application runtime.
• Good understanding of high availability, scalability, resilience, and production reliability.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, maintain, and improve Azure and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
• Take end-to-end ownership of infrastructure and DevOps initiatives, from technical design through implementation and production support.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and GitOps-based deployment processes.
• Support and improve deployment flows across multiple environments.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes to minimize manual work.
• Maintain and improve monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerting.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, networking, Kubernetes, deployments, and applications.
• Ensure infrastructure follows appropriate security, access-control, reliability, and operational practices.
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Frontend, QA, Architecture, and other engineering teams.
• Proactively identify infrastructure risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to technical decisions and help establish sustainable DevOps and platform engineering practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Helm and Kubernetes configuration/package management.
• Experience managing Grafana dashboards and alerting through GitOps/IaC.
• Experience building reusable CI/CD and infrastructure pipelines for development teams.
• Experience with API gateways, ingress controllers, WAFs, or reverse proxies.
• Experience with enterprise identity, SSO, and authentication infrastructure.
• Experience working with complex enterprise platforms supporting multiple applications and integrations.
