Join us as a Senior DevOps Engineer for a fintech product company building a cloud-native core banking and payments SaaS platform for the European market. In this high-impact role, you will own the strategic design and implementation of our DevOps ecosystem, ensuring our platform is scalable, reliable, secure, and built for speed.
With deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD, you will lead by example, mentor engineers, and help shape our engineering culture. You will develop enterprise-grade DevOps solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, enabling seamless delivery of a platform that handles sensitive financial transactions under strict regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement DevOps solutions, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitoring, and logging.
- Architect scalable and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams to improve software delivery and reliability.
- Define and enforce DevOps standards, governance, and best practices.
- Lead automation initiatives for build, test, deployment, and configuration management.
- Evaluate and integrate DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and source control platforms.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production and non-production environments.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and contribute to team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of DevOps experience, including at least 3 years in an Architect-level role.
- AWS, Azure, GCP, or other relevant DevOps certifications.
- Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio).
- Experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience tuning Kubernetes workloads for performance and high availability.
