Senior Devops Engineer
Summary
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for secure, scalable deployments using AWS/GCP/Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools.
Contract Details
- Duration: 12‑month fixed term (subject to change based on business needs)
- Engagement: Through 3rd party/vendor
- Work setup: Hybrid with dedicated full office hours
- Provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Automating infrastructure with IaC (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Monitoring, logging, and optimizing system performance.
- Implementing security best practices across infra and deployments.
- Collaborating closely with developers to streamline releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo CD, etc.).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar).
- Understanding of networking, system security, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem‑solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
