Senior DevOps Engineer

We are not going to tell you this is a revolutionary product. It is a large, stable platform for a Swiss client, with a lot of parts connected to each other. The challenges are in the infrastructure and in keeping the whole thing running.

We are looking for a DevOps engineer to join that project.

The project

The client’s own customers are large, global companies. The company is SOC 2 Type II and PCI compliant, so security and compliance shape how the infrastructure is built.

Tech stack: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Atlantis, Jenkins, CI/CD, WAF, multiple environments, MongoDB Atlas.

How the cooperation works

• B2B contract only. You run your own business and invoice us. We do not offer an employment contract (umowa o pracę) and we are not able to change that.
• You work day to day with the client’s team. This is not solo work, you coordinate with other people every day and you do it in English.

What we expect

• At least 7 years of DevOps experience
• AWS, and you have run production on it, not only touched it
• Kubernetes, including private clusters and how to set one up
• Terraform
• ArgoCD
• A deep understanding of networking
• You can set up staging and development environments with Kubernetes
• You have worked in an environment with compliance requirements, or you understand what SOC 2 and PCI change in daily work
• Well-established AI workflows in your daily work
• You communicate comfortably in English, written and spoken. You use it every day with the client.

• Alerting for large scale projects
