What you'll own
- Architect and own CI/CD pipelines end to end — build, test, release, rollback.
- Define infrastructure as code standards with Terraform.
- Run production Kubernetes at scale (Docker, Helm, ingress, troubleshooting).
- Eliminate manual toil through scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Lead root-cause analysis and drive reliability improvements.
- Partner directly with Dev, SRE, and QA in English — no layers in between.
What you bring
- 8+ years in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on Kubernetes in production — real clusters, real incidents.
- CI/CD you designed, not inherited (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Terraform / IaC at scale.
- Strong scripting — you automate from scratch.
- Advanced English (C1) — daily work with U.S. stakeholders.
- Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Plus: CKA/CKAD, Terraform Associate, Prometheus/Grafana/ELK, DevSecOps.
