Senior DevOps Engineer with GCP
Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer supporting end-to-end software delivery for blockchain/DLT platforms on Google Cloud Platform: building CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure with Terraform/Ansible, monitoring, and production support. Hybrid role based in Kraków, Poland (6 office days/month), paying 15,900–24,300 PLN gross monthly.

What will you do?
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will support the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, combining software development, cloud infrastructure, automation, and production support responsibilities. You will work within a DevOps product team, driving continuous improvement, ensuring service resilience, and maintaining highly available cloud-based solutions. The role includes building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, supporting production environments, and contributing to the delivery of innovative technologies, including blockchain-based platforms.
Your tasks
- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation solutions
- Support software delivery and production operations across the full application lifecycle
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents affecting production services
- Ensure service resilience, sustainability and recovery objectives are achieved
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud Platform
- Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Ansible and scripting
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using logging and monitoring tools
- Support release management activities and software deployments
- Collaborate with development, operations and support teams to improve service quality
- Provide post go-live support for Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology platforms
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps processes and tooling
Your skills
- At least 4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Compute Engine, Networking, Storage, PostgreSQL and related services)
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Maven, SonarQube and artifact repositories
- Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
- Experience with Ansible and Shell Scripting
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging and observability tools
- Experience supporting live production environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments
Nice to have
- Experience in Financial Services or Banking environments
- Knowledge of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies
- Experience with release management processes
- Experience working in highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices
