Senior DevOps Manager - Telecom BSS/OSS Delivery

flare consulting pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of Telecom BSS/OSS applications, spanning Run & Change, across a multi‑vendor ecosystem.

You will lead onsite and offshore delivery, manage stakeholders, enforce SLAs and governance, and drive continuous improvement with strong ITIL/SDLC/Agile practices while coordinating global teams and demanding environments.
