Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer
We're hiring a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to build and support CI/CD, release automation, environments, and monitoring across business-critical systems.
What you'll do:
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for production systems
- Support release automation across dev, QA, UAT, staging, and prod
- Build automation scripts and self-service operational tools
- Support monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability
- Lead triage and root cause analysis for deployment/platform incidents
What you'll need:
- 5+ years in DevOps, platform, or release engineering
- Hands-on CI/CD experience: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
- Strong scripting: PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Experience with release management and rollback planning
- Understanding of secrets management and secure delivery practices
Nice to have:
- Microsoft-based environments: Windows Server, IIS, .NET, Active Directory
- Infrastructure-as-code: Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi, Ansible
- Docker, Kubernetes, or Helm experience
- Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, Splunk
- DevSecOps and pipeline-integrated security controls
