Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer
Your Tasks
- Building, automating and further developing modern infrastructure platforms
- Design and implementation of Infrastructure-as-Code solutions (IaC)
- Development and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines
- Automation of build, test and deployment processes
- Operation and monitoring of backend, frontend and platform services
- Implementation and integration of APIs as well as event-driven architectures
- Responsibility for test design, test planning and test execution
- Conducting smoke, integration, regression, security, load and stress tests
- Development and implementation of logging, monitoring and observability concepts
- Analysis and optimisation of performance, availability and security
- Collaboration with development teams in the DevOps and DevSecOps environment
Your Profile
Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer or in a comparable role Solid knowledge of Python, Bash/Shell, PowerShell or Ansible Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation or comparable IaC tools Very good knowledge of Git, Docker and Kubernetes Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins or comparable solutions Know-how in microservice architectures, API management and system integration Experience in operating and monitoring complex IT landscapes Very good German and English skills Experience with Apache Kafka or event-driven architectures Knowledge of DevSecOps and security testing Experience with test automation (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) Knowledge of UML or ArchiMateExperience with Scrum, Kanban or SAFe Jira and Confluence knowledge Experience with open-source technologies and modern cloud platforms
