Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior DevOps & Release Engineering to support and enhance CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations across hybrid environments. The role focuses on DevOps best practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), reliability engineering, and operational excellence in a 24x7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and related IaC tools.
Manage cloud and hybrid environments, primarily AWS.
Support containerized and cloud-native services (Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless).
Enhance system reliability, monitoring, disaster recovery, and high availability.
Maintain and integrate DevOps toolchains such as GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Grafana, and Datadog.
Ensure security, compliance, and operational best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and continuous improvement.
Prepare technical documentation and support project implementations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Cloud Operations.
Hands-on experience with AWS and hybrid infrastructure environments.
Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, VMware, storage, and data center operations.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, and CI/CD tools.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, IAM, and monitoring tools.
Proficiency in scripting such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, and Prometheus.
Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Exposure to cloud-native architectures, serverless technologies, and automation practices.
