Senior DevOps & SecOps Engineer

• Manage production and development environments across Microsoft Azure and DigitalOcean, ensuring scalability and availability
• Infrastructure Automation
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, deployments, and monitoring solutions
• Microsoft Ecosystem
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Teams, Exchange Online, and Conditional Access
• Implement Windows Autopilot, device lifecycle management, compliance policies, and cloud-managed workplace solutions
• Security Operations
  • Monitor security events, respond to incidents, manage EDR/XDR tools, and coordinate vulnerability remediation
• Security & Compliance
  • Implement security controls, baselines, hardening standards, and support NIS2 and ISO 27001 initiatives
• Infrastructure Support
  • Maintain Linux and Windows servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and local infrastructure
• Technical Operations
  • Troubleshoot complex incidents, support vendors and users, and maintain technical documentation and recovery procedures

Requirements

• DevOps Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, or similar roles
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and management of production cloud environments
• Microsoft Administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 Administration, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender
• Infrastructure Management
  • Experience with Linux and Windows administration, networking, VPN technologies, and firewalls
• Security Knowledge
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, security controls, and modern security architectures
• Automation Skills
  • Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting and automation technologies
• Troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills across infrastructure and cloud environments
• Operational Ownership
  • Ability to independently manage critical platforms and continuously improve infrastructure and security operations
