Senior DevOps engineer supporting cloud-native AI apps on AWS/Azure, troubleshooting Kubernetes/Docker, and improving CI/CD pipelines for enterprise clients.

- Working closely with engineering teams during client implementations, platform deployments and solution roll-outs.
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines, release activities and deployment automation.
- Monitoring platform performance, reliability and availability.
- Assisting with incident response, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Building strong technical relationships with customers and becoming a trusted technical advisor.
- Contributing to documentation, operational runbooks and support best practices.
Technical environment:
- AWS and Azure, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS and/or AKS), Terraform, Ansible, GitHub CI, Jenkins, Helm, ArgoCD
- Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch / Kibana, OpenTelemetry, Kafka & PostgreSQL
Requirements:
- 58 years experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Support
- Strong hands-on experience supporting production cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
- Proven experience working with Kubernetes (EKS and/or AKS) and Docker
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
- Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
- Experience working in environments involving incident response, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting
- Exposure to enterprise-scale tooling such as Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, Helm, or similar
- Experience interacting with technical stakeholders or customers in a support or delivery capacity
- Python experience a plus
- Willing to do standby
