Senior DevSecOps Consultant (Generative AI)

We are looking for a Senior SDLC / DevSecOps Consultant to participate in a strategic technological transformation project within the insurance sector. The selected person will lead the definition and implementation of a new software development model assisted by generative AI, collaborating closely with architecture, development, security, and infrastructure teams.

This is a position with a combination of consulting, process definition, development architecture, and DevSecOps, oriented towards the evolution of the software lifecycle and the adoption of artificial intelligence capabilities in development processes.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering and DevOps.
• Minimum 3 years in technology consulting or SDLC/ALM process and standards definition.
• Demonstrable experience in:
  • Assessment and improvement of SDLC processes.
  • Definition of target development models.
  • Governance and standardization of engineering processes.
  • Large-scale corporate environments.
• Experience in:
  • Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
  • GitOps.
  • CI/CD pipelines.
  • Terraform and Ansible.
  • Artifact repository management.
  • Security integration within the software lifecycle.
