Senior DevSecOps Engineer – Cloud Security & Automation

MINT is looking for an experienced Security Engineer in Turbigo, Italy, to take full ownership of security operations. This role includes embedding security at every stage of the software lifecycle while driving automation. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience, excellent communication skills in Italian and English, and a strong background in cybersecurity practices.

Design, build, and maintain automated security controls and guardrails. Develop reusable security tooling to enforce security at scale. Lead and automate security processes across AWS and Kubernetes. Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows. Manage vulnerability scanning, continuous monitoring, and incident response. 5+ years in a DevSecOps or Security Engineering position. Excellent level of Italian and English. Deep understanding of cybersecurity practices. Ability to design, build, and maintain automation and security tooling. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools.
