Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps Engineer to serve as a core contributor to both our security platform and our cloud platform. Operating as a high-impact engineer, you will partner with the Technology Operations team to implement and scale the standards, frameworks, and secure software engineering practices across the organization. You will work closely with TechOps leadership to execute solutions for complex technical challenges at scale and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and optimize security of an enterprise-wide, multi-region SaaS platform, IAM governance strategies, and zero-trust cloud architectures.

• Maintain and evolve security platform that abstracts complex security operations, allowing developers to deploy secure, compliant workloads seamlessly.

• Implement and manage enterprise compliance frameworks utilizing Policy-as-Code tooling such as Open Policy Agent (OPA) or Kyverno across infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.

• Champion a security-first culture across engineering teams and conduct architectural reviews for core services.

• Remediate security gaps, executing risk-based vulnerability management based on emerging threats, solutions, and tooling across the industry.

• Partner with compliance and security teams to support accreditation across multiple industry security standards and customer security expectation

Desired Attributes:

• Experience: 5–8 years of engineering experience, with a proven track record of implementing and scaling DevSecOps practices in an enterprise environment.

• Scale Expertise: Deep proficiency in large-scale distributed systems, multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments, and enterprise Kubernetes topologies.

• Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers, collaborate across functional teams, and translate complex technical security concepts into actionable guidance for developers.

Compensation: $150,000-$170,000+ on a base + bonus
