Senior DevSecOps Engineer at BairesDev
In this role, you'll secure the software supply chain from image to production, building hardened container images and enforcing security throughout the build and deployment pipeline. This is your opportunity to work at the forefront of container and supply chain security, where your technical decisions directly reduce attack surface and strengthen the integrity of production systems.
What You'll Do:
- Build and deliver hardened, minimal container images across the organization.
- Design and implement OCI image building and signing workflows.
- Implement software supply-chain security practices.
- Migrate workloads from general-purpose base images to minimal, hardened images.
- Enforce security gates and admission controls within CI/CD pipelines.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps or security engineering.
- Strong expertise in container security and hardened image delivery.
- Hands-on experience with minimal base images such as Chainguard, Wolfi, Minimus, or Distroless.
- Experience with OCI image building and signing using Docker, BuildKit, and Cosign/Sigstore.
- Background in software supply-chain security including SBOMs, SLSA, provenance, and attestation.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
