We are seeking a Senior Agile Developer to join our dynamic team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience working in an Agile environment. As a Senior Agile Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to create innovative software solutions
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment
• Write clean, maintainable code that meets coding standards and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
• Identify and address technical debt and other areas for improvement
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 15+ years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Experience with Java, C#, or other programming languages
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
