Senior DHA Policy Analyst
Summary
Senior Policy Analyst supporting DHA disability evaluation processes, focused on quality assurance and policy planning using PMP or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
The DHA supports clinical care, education and training, logistics, research, information systems, and enterprise management for operating forces conducting military operations.
Gritter Francona is looking for a Senior Policy Analyst to support a new, potential project. This Policy Analyst will support a potential project that manages a process for determining a service member’s fitness for duty and eligibility for separation or retirement due to disability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- PMP OR Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
- At least 5 years' experience overseeing large groups of staff/personnel
- Prior experience maintaining quality assurance and initiating policy planning
- Knowledge of activities associated with DoD disability evaluations highly preferred
- Experience with implementing DoD/VA policies and federal regulations highly preferred
