• Have strong communication with other areas of the business to understand needs and priority of equipment.
• Be responsible for maintaining appropriate parts inventory.
• Oversee the budget for the shop, including expenses related to tires, tooling, miscellaneous items and overtime.
• Assign work to shop associates and maintain an open line of communication with associates.
• Perform live work order audits and performance audits of shop associates.
• Set performance goals for the shop as a whole and for individual shop associates.
• Ensure the shop is properly staffed from a technician and leader standpoint.
