Digital Account Operations Specialist Sr
The Senior Account Operations Specialist is responsible for advanced processing and team support in the review and decisioning of new client applications and existing client change requests according to regulatory requirements and departmental processes and procedures. Additionally, the Senior Specialist will assist in mentoring and training associates under the supervision of the management.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assists with complex account related issues and client inquiries. Monitors departmental inbox for urgent issues. Assists in providing prompt and effective resolution.
• Assists management with training, guidance and mentorship support to team members to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Performs advanced application research regarding client-submitted applications before onboarding and responding to client inquiries.
• Assists management with daily oversight reporting according to bank controls and departmental sound practices for accuracy and compliance.
• Performs client outreach utilizing verification tools to obtain necessary documents from the new client before onboarding; performs due diligence checks and questions related to client-submitted applications.
• Mentors and trains associates, leveraging subject matter expertise to provide effective coaching and guidance.
• Assists management with overseeing the day-to-day operations, including daily report review, and performing quality oversight of completed tasks.
• Stays abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to commercial and specialty banking and deposit services.
• Acts as subject matter expert on related transformational and operational initiatives and is responsible for user acceptance testing (UAT) and audit responses.

Role Specific Work Experience

• 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
