- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and CRO
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (Tilda, WordPress)
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- Professional certifications in UX/UI design are a plus
- Evidence of ongoing professional development in design tools
