Senior Digital Execution Manager (f/m/d)

Tasks

Drive TÜV SÜD´s digital transformation as part of our corporate Digital Hub by:

• Independently lead complex, global IT system upgrades and harmonization initiatives, as well as large-scale digitalization projects of high strategic importance
• Assume end-to-end ownership of project leadership, including scope definition, detailed implementation planning, delivery management, reporting, and ensuring business case realization
• Collaborate closely with business units, regional teams, IT, and external partners to maximize impact and drive project success
• Contribute to the enterprise-wide digital strategy, for example by developing and establishing globally scalable best practices such as project delivery frameworks

Qualifications

• Senior IT or Digital Project Manager with at least 10 years of relevant professional and consulting experience, ideally gained in a leading management or technology consultancy
• Proven track record in consulting on and leading complex digitalization and transformation projects for large industrial companies
• Very good knowledge of digital project management, including agile and hybrid methods as well as scaled frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)
• Strong motivation to become part of an exceptional team with strong drive, team spirit and mutual trust
• Sound understanding of modern technologies such as AI, machine learning, data management and platform operations
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
