You will own day-to-day website operations, publishing workflows, launches, and ongoing updates across the website and subsites. You will translate business priorities into web initiatives, improve engagement using analytics and UX insights, manage CMS and lead-generation workflows, and coordinate cross-functional delivery. You will monitor website performance, publishing velocity, and conversion journeys.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize web strategy across the website and subsites
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, website effectiveness, and user experience
- Use analytics, UX feedback, and user-journey insights to prioritize improvements
- Own web operations, publishing workflows, launches, release readiness, and site updates
- Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of web requests
- Operate the CMS and publish website content
- Maintain templates, metadata, SEO implementation, and UX standards
- Support website migrations and platform scaling
- Own lead-generation workflows, including meeting booking, lead capture, routing, and Pardot and Salesforce integrations
- Coordinate cross-functional launch planning and implementation
- Provide UX and user-journey recommendations
- Monitor traffic, engagement, conversion, booking performance, and publishing velocity
Requirements
- 6–8+ years in web, digital experience, or website operations roles
- 2–3 years leading cross-functional launches or operating a large multi-site website
- Hands-on CMS and publishing-workflow experience
- Experience with templates, metadata, and SEO implementation
- Technical web troubleshooting skills
- Digital asset management and content-governance experience
- Salesforce, Pardot, and Chili Piper knowledge
- UX and analytics skills
- Cross-functional launch leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
