We're now looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to become a trusted marketing consultant to our clients—not just another campaign manager.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As one of our senior marketers, you'll take ownership of client relationships from onboarding through growth.
Your responsibilities include:
Lead client kick-off meetings and establish marketing direction from Day One.
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, Xiao Hong Shu and emerging platforms.
Confidently present campaign strategies, recommendations and performance reviews to business owners and decision-makers.
Translate business goals into practical marketing roadmaps and measurable KPIs.
Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise towards stronger ROI.
Write compelling ad copy, landing page messaging and creative briefs that convert.
Work closely with our Creative and Content teams to ensure every campaign aligns strategically.
Become the primary marketing advisor for your portfolio of clients.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for marketers who can think beyond Ads Manager.
You should have:
At least 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience managing campaigns and client accounts.
Strong experience running campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads. Experience with Xiao Hong Shu is highly advantageous.
Confidence leading client meetings, presenting marketing strategies and handling difficult marketing questions professionally.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong copywriting ability for ads, landing pages and campaign messaging.
Positive attitude, ownership mindset and willingness to mentor junior team members.
Agency or client-facing experience is highly preferred.
