Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Tasks:

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Plan and coordinate campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels
• Define target audiences, channel roles, messaging, and customer journeys based on business objectives and audience insights
• Coordinate campaign delivery with internal teams, clients, creative partners, and media platforms
• Monitor campaign and channel performance, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements
• Prepare reports and presentations with clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Advise clients on digital marketing trends, channel strategies, and campaign opportunities
• Contribute to pitches, workshops, and new business initiatives

Your skills:

• Several years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
• Broad understanding of digital channels, campaign formats, and customer journeys
• Experience with major advertising platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google
• Proficiency in analytics, tracking, and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into recommendations
• Confident in managing projects and coordinating stakeholders
• Independent, structured working style with excellent consulting and communication skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
