Senior Digital Marketing Strategist (Customer Experience) (1 Year Contract) #NKC

• Design customer journey frameworks for flagship events across awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty stages.

• Develop personalised customer engagement strategies, including next-best-action and next-best-content recommendations.

• Create customer-centric marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs at each stage of the marketing funnel.

• Define journey performance metrics and success criteria with the CX Analytics team.

• Develop scalable and reusable customer journey frameworks across marketing programmes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Journey Architects to ensure technical feasibility and successful Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementation.

• Collaborate with Technical Architecture & Analytics (TAA) and Analytics teams on data requirements and measurement frameworks.

• Coordinate campaign execution with internal channel teams, including Email, Paid Media, Search, Social Media and Site Merchandising.

• Present customer journey strategies, frameworks and performance results to stakeholders.

Strategy & Performance Optimisation

• Develop shared frameworks to improve consistency and efficiency across customer journeys.

• Analyse journey performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience, personalisation and journey orchestration.

• Contribute to the development of the company's customer-centric marketing strategy.
