About the Opportunity
Join RACV and lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for our website and content publishing capability. In this senior leadership role, you'll own the website product roadmap, drive continuous improvement across content publishing, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences for our members and customers.
What you’ll do
Own and evolve RACV's website product roadmap and content publishing platform within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Use data and insights to optimise digital experiences, engagement and conversion.
Drive improvements to content delivery, publishing workflows, governance and usability.
Prioritise and manage the product backlog, translating business needs into actionable initiatives.
Partner closely with content, UX, engineering, analytics and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
Lead, coach and develop the Content Publishing team while championing Product Ownership best practice.
What You'll Bring
5+ years' experience as a Digital Product Owner leading cross-functional teams in digital platforms or CMS environments.
Proven success delivering digital product enhancements that improve customer and commercial outcomes.
Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a comparable enterprise CMS platform.
Expertise in backlog management, prioritisation, agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Strong understanding of content publishing workflows, governance and operations.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and customer experience.
Relevant qualifications and 10+ years of industry experience.
