Senior Digital Product Specialist SAP HCM and Front end Technologies

You will own SAP HCM and related front-end technologies, maintaining stable, compliant, and reliable HR applications. You will manage run support, configuration changes, patches, testing, data reconciliation, and interface documentation. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, coordinate incident resolution, and investigate root causes.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP HCM and related front-end technologies
• Translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
• Manage end-to-end run support, change management, configuration management, patch implementation, and support-package testing
• Maintain applications through monitoring, error analysis, incident-resolution coordination, data reconciliation, and interface documentation
• Coordinate with data-source owners
• Own incident and problem management, including root-cause analysis and long-term remediation
• Monitor system performance and interface stability with SAP Basis

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM on-premise experience with ECC 6.0 and EHP8
• Expertise in Personnel Administration, including employee master data, infotypes, personnel actions, workflows, data governance, and authorization concepts
• Expertise in Organizational Management, including organizational structures, jobs, positions, relationships, and structural authorizations
• Knowledge of WebDynpro, UI5, and Fiori Launchpad
• ABAP and ABAP Objects development skills
• Experience implementing SAP Notes and performing SPAU/SPDD adjustments
• English at C1 level
• Communication, stakeholder-management, consulting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across functions
