Senior Digital Program Manager - Data Governance | English C1 | Remote

Do you have experience leading digital transformation programs and want to drive high-impact international projects?

At Experis IT, we are looking for a Senior Digital Program Manager specializing in Data Governance to join a strategic digital transformation project at a leading multinational in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.

What you'll do

• Lead international digital transformation and Data Governance programs.

• Define roadmaps for Data Governance, Data Strategy, and Master Data Management (MDM).

• Coordinate Data Quality, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and cloud systems integration initiatives.

• Manage multidisciplinary teams, technology providers, and international stakeholders.

• Supervise digital deployments across different countries and markets.

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, budgets, KPIs, and program objectives.

What we're looking for

• More than 8 years managing IT/Digital projects or programs.

• At least 5 years leading Data Governance, Data Strategy, or MDM programs.

• ENGLISH C1 ESSENTIAL: fluent conversational level for meetings, presentations, and international coordination.

• Demonstrable experience in digital transformation projects, systems integration, and cloud environments.

• Strategic vision, leadership, and the ability to interface with both Business and IT.

Important: We are looking for experience in digital projects, not in industrial project management, manufacturing, or physical logistics.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG and PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are valued.
