ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager with a strong background in e-commerce to lead complex digital projects and bring ambitious ideas to life. You’ll be the driving force behind projects, connecting clients, creatives, strategists, and developers to create high-performing digital experiences.
From first brief to final launch, you’ll own the process, keep projects on track, and bring clarity when things get complex. You’ll have a real voice in how projects are shaped and how we continue to improve the way we work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead digital and e-commerce projects from brief to launch, owning scope, planning, budget, and delivery.
Partner with creative, strategy, and development teams to turn ambitious ideas into clear, actionable plans.
Be the main point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and keeping communication clear and proactive.
Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and priorities across multiple projects.
Bring teams and stakeholders together, solve problems early, and keep projects moving.
Track project performance and turn learnings into better ways of working.
Help improve our processes, tools, and project management practice.
WHAT YOU BRING
5–7 years of digital project management experience, ideally in an agency environment.
Strong e-commerce expertise and a good understanding of the digital commerce landscape.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent written and spoken English (C1+).
The confidence to manage multiple projects, senior stakeholders, and competing priorities.
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
A sharp eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Curiosity, ownership, humility, and a genuine passion for making great work happen.
Based in the Netherlands or willing to work with our Amsterdam team.
