The role
Own cross-functional delivery across digital and creative work, aligning plans and accountability with client objectives while functional leads retain ownership of quality.
What you will do
- Convert approved scopes into delivery plans with owners, milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinate capacity and priorities across teams, identifying conflicts and delivery risks early.
- Maintain practical SOPs and a consistent ClickUp workflow for tracking work and decisions.
- Review delivery performance, resolve process gaps and coordinate changes with client servicing and functional leads.
