Leads MES/MOM digitalization projects for manufacturing customers, designing solutions, guiding development, and ensuring systems meet production needs.
Job Summary
This role mainly takes part in the full delivery cycle of MES/MOM projects. It focuses on customer requirement research, business process sorting, core module solution design, system function definition, development requirement translation, implementation guidance and function verification, to ensure the built system can effectively support customers’ actual production and operation scenarios.
Meanwhile, leveraging project delivery experience and industrial methodologies, the role moderately participates in pre-sales work including customer requirement clarification, solution drafting, scope definition and workload estimation, so as to provide professional support for the deliverability of pre-sales proposals.
What you will do
- Requirement Management
- Establish a standardized requirement management system by adopting methodologies such as business process modeling and value stream analysis together with industry requirement libraries, and continuously optimize it based on project practices.
- Lead interviews with customer senior management and key users, sort out and standardize demands to achieve structured and standardized requirement control.
- System Solution Design：Complete system preliminary design and detailed design (including database design) based on requirement analysis, and integrate analysis and design of all functional modules to form the overall business blueprint and comprehensive solution.
- Supervision of System Development：Effectively transfer requirement and design specifications to R&D teams, conduct ongoing communication and progress supervision to ensure development outputs are in line with design expectations.
- System Implementation Guidance：Oversee and guide system training, deployment, go-live launch and troubleshooting, and iteratively adjust functions to meet design targets.
- System Function Acceptance：Verify system functions with all customer stakeholders and complete formal acceptance confirmation against actual application results.
- Pre-sales Support：Support pre-sales research, solution formulation, scope confirmation, manpower-day estimation and technical boundary definition of contracts with rich delivery experience.
We believe you have
- More than 5 years working experience in manufacturing digitalization, MES, MOM and smart manufacturing fields.
- Have fully participated in the delivery of no less than 2 MES/MOM and smart factory projects.
- Proven experience in delivering key outputs including requirement research, business blueprint design, solution design, functional specification drafting and system acceptance work.
- Capable of independently conducting research and solution communication with client key users covering production, quality, equipment, IT and other departments.
- Excellent documentation skills, able to compile or lead the drafting of requirement specifications, business blueprints, functional specifications, system design documents, test & acceptance materials as well as PPT presentation files.
