Senior Digital Transformation Manager

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience leading end-to-end digital transformation programmes across multiple business functions
  • Experience defining digital roadmaps and translating business strategy into deliverable transformation initiatives
  • Strong programme or project leadership experience, delivering complex digital change from discovery through to adoption
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience improving business processes through technology, automation and emerging technologies such as AI
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, vendors or third-party technology partners
  • Experience implementing or integrating enterprise platforms and helping organisations move towards more connected digital ecosystems
  • A genuine interest in innovation, continuous improvement and finding new ways to improve how organisations operate
Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery
  • Work with business leaders to identify opportunities, define future operating models and implement solutions that create measurable business value
  • Turn our digital strategy into tangible programmes that simplify processes, improve collaboration and enable future growth
  • Roll out Smartsheet as a strategic platform across the organisation
  • Integrate Smartsheet with AI capabilities and Microsoft Copilot while consolidating disparate business systems into a more connected digital ecosystem
  • Help define the roadmap, prioritise opportunities and ensure solutions support both immediate business needs and our longer-term growth strategy
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple business units
  • Manage relationships with external technology partners where required
  • Challenge existing ways of working, champion innovation and help embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation

The role offers a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 plus car allowance.
