Right now, we are looking for a Senior Digital Workplace Engineer for a client on our Talent Team.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage and continuously improve the modern device lifecycle for Windows and Android environments, ensuring stability, performance, compliance, and scalability.
  • Implement, configure, and optimize Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions, including security baselines, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and update management.
  • Drive automated vulnerability remediation with a focus on permanent fixes, recurrence reduction, and operational improvement.
  • Develop automation and self-healing solutions using PowerShell scripting and AI-driven approaches.
  • Manage and secure mobile and specialized devices (PDAs, tablets, operational devices), ensuring data protection and application control.
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Proactively monitor Digital Workplace performance, availability, and service quality, resolving complex technical incidents and problems.
  • Create and maintain clear, reusable, and up-to-date technical documentation.


You must have:

  • Solid experience as a Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace / End User Computing Engineer.
Strong expertise in:

  • Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Windows Autopilot
  • Entra ID
  • Active Directory (hybrid environments)

Good knowledge of:

  • PowerShell scripting (automation, Conditional Access, identity management)
  • DNS and SMTP
  • MDM tools and mobile device management
  • Proven ability to automate operations, implement remediation solutions, and reduce manual intervention.
  • Knowledge of Networking and Linux systems is valued.
