Senior Director, Digital Products and Services

**Job Summary** The Senior Director of Digital Products and Services is responsible for the RAVE Digital Product Line organization. They will ensure the product line aligns with the company’s priorities, business-model, ROI and product deployment plans. **Duties and Responsibilities** · Create, champion and maintain the vision, strategy and roadmap of Digital Services · Oversee the development and implementation of Digital Products such as Advertising, IPTV/Streaming Video Services, eCommerce/Digital Retail Solutions, and Analytics · Create busines models that drive ancillary revenue from selling Digital Services, allowing for revenue growth for both the company and its customers · Manage the end-to-end Digital Supply Chain ensuring services can be delivered cost effectively to maximize returns · Develop and maintain relationships across the Advertising, Content Services and Media/Entertainment industries · Identify new opportunities or technologies which help to innovate and evolve the product line · Provide management level guidance in support of all strategic and operational aspects of the product line · Oversee and monitor the product life cycle · Interface with customers in support of Sales and Customer Management · Establish timelines and resources needed to achieve product line goals and commitments · Closely coordinate with other product line leadership to ensure a unified, global product vision · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field · 12+ years of experience working in similar role · 9+ years of experience working in a Management role · 5-7+ years of experience establishing, maintaining and fully owning department budget · Demonstrated leadership capabilities and performance · Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups of people · Aviation experience advantageous, but not required The starting pay range for this position is $196,000 - 221,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
