New Growth development beyond current portfolio

  • (Defining inorganic needs) Based on the U.S. Food business vision and LRP, diagnose the gaps that organic growth alone cannot close, and identify and prioritize the capabilities, categories, and brands to be acquired externally.
  • (HQ alignment) Work with HQ M&A, which leads global M&A, to align these priorities with HQ’s M&A strategy and opportunity prioritization.
  • (Opportunity assessment) Upon HQ M&A’s request, assess specific U.S. opportunities from a local perspective, covering strategic fit, synergies, and implications for the U.S. business, and review synergy and integration considerations.
  • (PMI) Following deal close, lead the planning and execution of integration and synergy capture in the U.S. (PMI), ensuring the acquired business is successfully onboarded and LRP targets are delivered.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Years of Related Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, marketing, commercial strategy, top-tier management consulting, or senior in-house strategy roles.
  • Demonstrated experience driving enterprise strategy and portfolio decisions at a large or complex organization.
