About the role

This role owns the F&E vertical growth strategy and execution. They get to work on multiple channels such as Google Ads, Meta, CTV. DSPs, Affiliates, among others, to acquire and retain customers. This person will be responsible for the formulation and oversight of the multi-million dollar vertical marketing budget, setting of annual and quarterly targets in conjunction with the functional head, GM, and finance teams. They will lead their team and stakeholders on creative brainstorming, media planning + buying, and data analysis. They have the opportunity to really grow and scale a best-in-class marketing program partnering with extremely skilled marketing, product, and data practitioners.

What you’ll be working on:

  • User Acquisition: Discover, test, and scale different growth channels, balancing volume with ROAS and / or LTV:CAC. Formulate digital strategy through a combination of data driven judgements and adopting channel best practices. Develop a strong optimization and testing pipeline

  • Impact & Ownership: Work on cross-functional projects with teams such as Product, Data, and Engineering to boost program quality and channel revenue

  • Relationship Management: Collaborate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs

  • Vertical Expansion: Explore opportunities across different products to grow the brand through a combination of market and marketing best practices

  • Membership Retention: Strategize and execute on different tactics that drive user value and boost Super+ membership retention

  • People Leadership: Directly manage, coach, and mentor team members to achieve business KPIs while accomplishing their career goals

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years Fintech specific growth / performance marketing experience (Account management experience is an asset)

  • Strong understanding of the Fintech product development cycle (Cash Advance, Credit Building / Lending products)

  • Team leadership and Stakeholder management (3+ years experience)

  • Performance marketing strategy and actualization (Google Ads, Meta, CTV)

  • High proficiency with data modelling and analysis

  • ROAS forecasting and management
