Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's enterprise AI and digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Define AI governance frameworks, technology roadmaps, and investment strategies for enterprise-wide AI adoption.
  • Lead the implementation of AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Graphs, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and corporate functions.
  • Lead enterprise architecture planning covering ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, WMS, and other business-critical systems.
  • Champion the adoption of Digital Twins, Physical AI, and smart manufacturing technologies.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI platforms and technologies such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, and other enterprise AI solutions.
  • Build and lead high-performing global IT and digital teams while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage technology budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), vendor partnerships, and strategic investments.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and deliver measurable business value.
  • Establish technology governance, cybersecurity standards, and best practices across the organization.
  • Lead large-scale global digital transformation programs across multiple regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification. An MBA or other postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, Enterprise Applications, Digital Transformation, or related fields, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles managing regional or global technology organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives within multinational organizations and successfully driving AI strategy and implementation to deliver business value.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large technology organizations of over 100 employees, with responsibility for enterprise technology budgets, strategic investments, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional global teams.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, AI technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, and WMS.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive decision-making and drive organizational transformation.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum, TOGAF, or cloud platform certifications are an advantage.
