Senior Director, Marketing Operations
You will define a vision and strategy for marketing operations that enables scalable growth and data-driven decisions. You will refine the marketing technology stack, partner with the data and analytics team to report on customer lifetime value, acquisition costs and ROI, and inform stakeholders across marketing, sales and finance. You will track and report the entire GTM funnel, ensure operational processes are followed globally, and build a strong operational team that drives efficiency and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Define a vision and strategy for marketing operations that enables scalable growth and data-based decisions
- Refine the technology stack through evaluation, selection, implementation, and customization of tooling
- Partner with the data and analytics team to ensure accurate reporting on customer lifetime value, customer acquisition costs and ROI
- Inform stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance of marketing performance insights
- Track and report the entire GTM funnel including volume, velocity, conversion, and average value
- Ensure operational processes are designed, documented, understood, and followed globally
- Develop a strong multi-faceted operational team driving efficiency, agility, and excellence
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations
- 3+ years of management experience and a strong presence in leadership forums
- Entrepreneurial-minded with a high sense of urgency and comfort in high speed environments
- Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive consensus across cross-functional partners
- Proven experience with operational strategy design and cross-functional change management
- Demonstrated experience designing an innovative marketing technology stack
- Exceptional planning, organizational and project management skills
