Company Overview
Our company is a large technology and managed services provider specializing in Sage Intacct ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. We deliver sales, implementation, and ongoing support services that help mid-market organizations run their finance, operations, and customer relationship functions on best-in-class cloud platforms. We are in an aggressive growth phase, targeting 30% expansion in revenue over the next three years, and we are building the marketing function to fuel that growth.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Marketing Leader to build and scale a modern, revenue-driven marketing engine. This is a hands-on, player-coach role for someone who has operated successfully inside a technology or managed services company selling ERP/CRM software and services — someone who understands partner-channel dynamics (Sage, Microsoft), B2B sales cycles, and how marketing must align tightly with sales to hit aggressive growth targets. You will lead a team of three or four, own the marketing budget and strategy end-to-end, and be directly accountable for pipeline contribution as the company scales.
What You'll Own
Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy and roadmap aligned to a 3-year growth plan targeting 30 percent growth in revenue.
• Build the annual marketing plan and budget; own forecasting, ROI reporting, and pipeline/revenue attribution to the executive team and board.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, CRO, and Sales leadership, ensuring marketing priorities map directly to revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3-4 (e.g., demand generation, content, digital/marketing operations, and channel/partner marketing — hiring and developing talent as the team scales.
Demand Generation & Pipeline
• Build and optimize a full-funnel demand generation engine (inbound, outbound, ABM, events, webinars, paid, SEO/SEM) to drive qualified pipeline for both new-logo and existing-client expansion.
• Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets in partnership with Sales leadership; report on funnel conversion, CAC, and pipeline velocity.
• Optimize marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 CRM) to support lead scoring, nurture, and sales handoff.
Product, Partner & Channel Marketing
• Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across the company's core service lines: Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, support, and managed services.
• Manage co-marketing relationships and MDF/marketing fund programs with Microsoft and Sage partner ecosystems, including joint campaigns, partner directories, and co-branded content.
• Differentiate the brand within a competitive ERP/CRM implementation and managed-services landscape.
Brand, Content & Digital
• Elevate brand awareness and thought leadership through content marketing, case studies, customer references, webinars, and industry events.
• Oversee website, SEO, social, and digital presence to support both demand generation and brand credibility.
• Ensure consistent messaging across sales enablement materials, proposals, and customer-facing collateral in partnership with Sales.
What You Bring
• 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior marketing leadership role (VP, Senior Director, or Head of Marketing) at a technology, software, or managed services company.
• Direct, hands-on experience marketing ERP and CRM software and services — Sage Intacct and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central and CRM) experience strongly preferred; candidates with comparable ERP/CRM or B2B SaaS/services experience will be considered.
• Proven track record building and scaling a full-stack marketing function (demand gen, brand, content, digital, partner/channel) within a company of similar size (~$25M–$100M revenue).
• Experience marketing within a Microsoft and/or Sage partner ecosystem, including familiarity with partner co-marketing, MDF programs, and partner-led go-to-market motions.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth in a B2B environment with consultative sales cycles.
• Experience managing and developing a team (2+ direct reports minimum plus outsourced resources from time to time); this role manages a team of 3 to 4.
• Strong command of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
• Excellent executive communication skills; comfortable presenting strategy, results, and forecasts to the CEO and executive team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to Nashville, TN headquarters, partner events, and conferences (estimated 25%).
Preferred / Nice to Have
• Prior experience at a Sage or Microsoft Dynamics reseller, VAR, or implementation partner.
• Experience marketing managed services / MSP offerings alongside software implementation services.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for mid-market and enterprise finance/operations buyers (CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance/Ops).
• Experience using AI in all aspects of marketing.
What Success Looks Like
• Within 90 days: Complete a full audit of current marketing programs, team, tech stack, and partner relationships; establish baseline metrics and quick-win priorities.
• Within 6 months: Launch a refreshed go-to-market strategy and demand generation engine with clear pipeline targets tied to growth goals.
• Within 12 months: Demonstrate measurable, attributable contribution to new pipeline and revenue growth, with a scaled, high-performing team of 4 executing against a repeatable marketing playbook.
