Senior Director, Real Estate – Strategy & Transactions

The Senior Director of Real Estate is responsible for managing and global real estate portfolio of over 5 million square feet in NAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
Responsibility for the entire real estate contract life cycle: market survey, site surveys, site selection, lease negotiation, site buildouts, lease renewals, lease amendments, and site exits.

• 7+ years managing real estate strategy, transactions, or workplace solutions.
• Experience managing real estate transactions globally.
• Understand rent, opex, and capital forecasts with the ability to present projects to C-Suite level for approval.
• Foster relationships with several internal teams including real estate facilities, procurement, security, project management, IT, finance, accounting.
• Foster relationships with external parties including brokers, landlords, property managers, and outsourced real estate management teams.
• Management of external legal counsel and escalation to in-house counsel when appropriate.
• Familiarity with real estate construction projects and timelines.
• Management and development of a team of CRMs who integrate with the business lines and advise on local requirements or escalate business risks.
