Senior Director/ VP, AI
You will lead and develop a high-calibre AI team while staying closely involved in designing, evaluating, and deploying autonomous AI agent systems. You will guide product delivery, establish evaluation frameworks, design agent infrastructure, orchestrate LLM workflows, integrate AI into engineering processes, and align technical direction with business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Build manage and develop a team of AI engineers and researchers
- Lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous AI agent products
- Establish benchmark-driven evaluation frameworks
- Design and implement agent harness infrastructure
- Orchestrate LLM reasoning with deterministic guardrails
- Integrate AI agent capabilities into core products and engineering pipelines
- Collaborate with product engineering and business teams
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research productization or platform development
- Deep expertise in LLMs Generative AI deep learning reinforcement learning and recommendation systems
- Experience translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes
- End-to-end delivery experience with autonomous AI agent products
- Experience integrating AI into engineering and development workflows
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
