Position: Senior Dispatcher

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in street loads dispatching ONLY
• Must have own network of brokers
• Strong load booking strategy, street load experience, and excellent RPM management
• Punctual and reliable with strong time management skills

Fleet & Operations Management: Oversee vehicle routing, scheduling, and load assignments to maximize efficiency and minimize transit delays.

Team Supervision: Train, mentor, and evaluate junior dispatchers, ensuring adherence
